On October 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hoang Long Group approved the cancellation of the contents of Resolution No.03/NQ.CTY/2018 dated September 27, 2018 on holding the 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 16, 2018.

Reason: The company is awaiting the auditing results again of the 2017 financial statements from UHY Auditing and Consultant Com. Ltd as required by the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, the Board of Directors will have the appropriate decision.
