Camau Trading Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution No.08 dated October 27, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the business performance in first nine months of 2018 (consolidated):

-       Revenue:             VND3,324.24 billion, reached 77.31% plan;

-       Profit before tax:  VND23.054 billion, reached 72.04% plan;

-       Profit after tax:    VND18.750 billion, reached 73.24% plan.

2. Approving the business plan in last three months of 2018 (consolidated):

-       Revenue:             VND1,050 billion, reached 24.42% plan;

-       Profit before tax:  VND9 billion, reached 28.12% plan;

-       Profit after tax:    VND7.2 billion, reached 28.12% plan.

3. Approving the Long Hung Service and Trading Com. Ltd raises the ownership ratio at Camau Trading Joint Stock Company (CMV).

-       Number of shares are holding by Long Hung: 4,435,425 shares, accounting for 36.63% charter capital of CMV;

-       Number of shares expected to be bought by Long Hung; 1,739,571 shares, accounting for 14.37% charter capital of CMV.

-       Expected CMV’s stock volume after Long Hung bought successfully: 6,172,996 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital.

4. Approving the record date for the first 2018 collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing:

-       Record date: November 16, 2018

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 voting right)

-       Content: to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about Long Hung Service and Trading Com. Ltd (Mr. Nguyen Tuan Quynh is the representative of stake) received the transfer of shares. Accordingly, the company will own over 25% number of outstanding voting shares of CMV without the public tender offer.

-       Time of implementation: expected in Q4.2018.
