Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (CTS) has enclosed an explanation for the difference in the number of treasury shares as follows:

Until September 28, 2018, Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company had 36,868 treasury shares, an increase of 135 shares compared to the report No.268/CV-CKCT07 dated 22 August 2017.

Reason: Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company has purchased odd-lot shares in the period from October 2017 to July 2018 to provide support by the investor’s request.
