FDC: BOD resolution on the transfer of stake in Happy Land

On October 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of Foreign Trade Development and Investment approved to transfer 100% charter capital of Dat Phuc Construction and Design Com. Ltd (Happy Land) to Doanh Bao An Com. Ltd (a company related to Mr. Tran Bao Toan – member of BOD of Fideco, with the transfer value of VND40,618,277,699.

   Time for settlement: expected in Q4.2018.
