On October 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sacom Holdings Corporation approved the plan for stock issuance to raise capital as follows:

1. Stock issuance for dividend payment to existing shareholders: the time of implementation based on the Resolution No.43/2018/NQ-HĐQT dated August 20, 2018.
2. The stock offering to existing shareholders: The stock offering will implement after the stock issuance for dividend payment finished. The Board of Directors will consider and decide the specific execution time to ensure the success of the stock offering.
