According to Decision No. 118/QD-SGDHCM dated 04/03/2018 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock VPK of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company was put under supervision status because the after-tax profit of 2017 was -39,331,328,830 dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit until 12/31/2017 was -30,069,748,225 dongs.

According to the 2018 semi-annual reviewed consolidated financial statements of VPK, the after-tax profit of 2018 was -20,665,768,244dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 06/30/2018 was -50,735,516,469 dongs. Besides, the audit firmexpressed an except for opinion.

        Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock VPK and will consider solutions for the stock VPK after having the 2018 audited financial statements.
