On January 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1) Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Manh Cuong as Deputy CEO as from January 08, 2018.

2) Approving the appointment of Mr. Masumi Miyazaki as Deputy CEO as from January 08, 2018.
