On January 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay second cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

1)      Approving to expect to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in March 2018.

2)      Approving to pay second cash dividend for 2017:

-          Exercise ratio: 2.5%/charter capital;

-          Payment time: February 2018.
