On August 24, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.374/TB-SGDHCM to release the stock of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSH) from the warning status from August 26, 2015.

Reason: The profit after tax in the first half of 2015 is VND2.253 billion and the undistributed profit on June 30, 2015 is VND8.765 billion, according to the Company’s 2015 reviewed financial statements. This is the case of securities that are allowed to release from the warning status pursuant to Point 4.1 and 4.2 – Article 15 of the Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
