On 10 Aug 2015, Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company announced the request of major shareholders for calling an extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1. Request in writing of major shareholder – Vietnam Education Publishing House consists of following documents:

- Document No. 1017/ TB – NXBGDVN dated 15 Jul 2015 on calling an extraordinary annual General Meeting of Shareholders of EFI to appoint additional members of Board of Directors (EFI received on 15 Jul 2015)

- Document confirming the remaining securities on 9 Jul 2015 (EFI received on 15 Jul 2015)

+ The remaining shares held by EFI: 1,394,000 shares

+ Holding time: from 01 Jan 2013 to 9 Jul 2015

2. Request in writing of the group of major shareholders consists of following Documents:

- Document No. 455/ 2015/ TB dated 11 Jul 2015 on calling an extraordinary annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company to appoint additional members of Board of Directors (EFI received on 15 Jul 2015)

- Negotiation of establishing a group of shareholders and nominate a representative of right exercise of the group at Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company – EFI (EFI received on 15 Jul 2015): copied documents without dates

- Negotiation of establishing a group of shareholders and nominate a representative of right exercise of the group at Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company – EFI: original document signed on 30 Jun 2015, the signature and form of the negotiation is different from the negotiation document sent on 15 Jul 2015 (EFI received on 28 Jul 2015)

- Confirmation of the remaining securities owned by PVR (EFI shares): 01 original confirming the remaining (290,000 shares of EFI from 01 Dec 2014 to 24 Jun 2015) – EFI received on 28 Jul 2015

- Confirmation of the remaining securities owned by America LLC (EFI shares): 01 copied document confirming the remaining (875,600 shares of EFI owned on 07 Jul 2015) – EFI received on 28 Jul 2015

Reason for calling the extraordinary annual General Meeting of Shareholders: number of members of Board of Directors is not enough based on the law on public companies.
