On 06 Aug 2015, Thien Quang Group Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approve the results of offering shares to outstanding shareholders as follows:

- Name of offered shares: Share of Thien Quang Group Joint Stock Company

- Type of share: Common share

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Number of shares registered to offer: 8,337,332 shares

- Total expected capital to be mobilized: VND 83,373,320,000

- Start date of the offering: 20 May 2015

- End date of the offering: 06 Aug 2015

- Total distributed shares: 8,337,307 shares, equivalent to 99.9997% of total expected shares to be offered

- Total expected proceeds from the share offering: VND 83,373,070,000

- Total net proceeds: VND 83,373,070,000

Article 2: Implementation

The resolution takes effect as from the signing date. Chair of Board of Directors directs the organize the implementation of the contents approved by members of Board of Directors
