Appointing Mr. Dao Duc Nghia, a member of the BOD as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2015-2020 as July 22, 2015.

Appointing Mr. Nguyen The Thanh, a member of the BOD as Deputy Chairman of the BOD cum CEO in the term 2015-2020 as July 22, 2015.

Reappointing Mr. Dao Duca Cuong, a member of the BOD as Deputy CEO as July 22, 2015.
