On July 22, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.301/QD-SGDHCM to remind Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTK) in the entire stock market.

Reason: Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company has violated the regulations on information disclosure at Point 2 – Article 3 and Point 2 - Article 7, Point 1.7 – Article 8, Point 1.13 – Article 8 of Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
