CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on July 21, 2015:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2015 dividend in cash:

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 16%

- Payment date: in 30 days from record date

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized CEO to implement.
