Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company explained its late disclosure on the result of share issue in order to increase share capital from the owner’s capital as follows:

During last period, the company offered shares to the public under certificates No.01/GCN-UBCK dated January 12, 2015 with the total number of issued shares and shares to be offerred of 19,260,114 shares in which:

-          3,207,788 issue shares to increase share capital from the owner’s capital.

-          16,052,326 shares to be offerred for existing shareholders.

 As the company implemented the simultaneous release of two forms to send State Securities Commission of Vietnam as well as disclosing on our website in the same time, we disclosed late information on the result of share issue in order to increase share capital from the owner’s capital.
