Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2015 dividend in cash and stock:

-          Record date: August 05, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Payment date:   August 20, 2015           

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the BOD and CEO to implement.
