On January 13, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange made a decision to put the stock of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC ) into warning status as from July 23, 2015.
Reason: On the 2014 consolidated financial statement, profit after tax of shareholder of parent company and undistributed profit after tax are negative pursuant to sub-term b and c point 1.1 Article 1 item 15 of listing regulation issued by Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.10/QĐ-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014.
