On July 13, 2015, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company approved the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 4,993,840 shares

- Number of treasury shares registered for sale: 4,993,840 shares

- Purpose: to raise the working capital

- Trading period: in 2015, after 07 working days from the announcement date of sale of treasury shares.

- Trading method: order-matching, put-through

- Selling price: no lower than VND13,500/share.

- Agent company: Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation.
