-          Number of ESPP shares for 2015: 1,742,000 shares (1.5% current charter capital)

-          Restriction period: 02 years from the issue date

-          Principle to determine price: not lower than the par value

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Expected issue date: July 2015
