On July 15, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.736/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ex-right date: July 28, 2015
Record date: July 30, 2015
Purpose: to pay the second cash dividends for 2015.
Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share).
Payment date: August 14, 2015

Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company as from August 14, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
