Summary:
Trên cơ sở đó, BVSC cho rằng, việc điều hành tỷ giá USD/VND của NHNN trong thời gian còn lại của năm 2018 sẽ tiếp tục phù hợp với diễn biến thị trường và đảm bảo các cân đối vĩ mô lớn. Việc giảm giá VND quá mạnh sẽ ảnh hưởng đến lạm phát và niềm tin vào VND nhưng nếu đồng NDT có diễn biến tiếp tục lao dốc so với USD trên thị trường thế giới thì việc điều hành tỷ giá USD/VND trong nước cũng cần có ứng phó linh hoạt. Chúng tôi duy trì quan điểm VND sẽ có mức mất giá khoảng 3% cho cả năm nay.
