On August 07, 2019, the Construction Department of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province granted Construction License No.45/GPXD for The Light City Project (Phase 1) of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company. The project is located in ward 12, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, and has the total area of 27.2 hectares. Of which, 126,669 m2 will be for the construction of 490 terraced houses, 68,193 m2 for 213 villas and 6,774 m2 for apartment buildings. The remaining area will be used to build public works, trees, etc.
