Payment date:  December 28, 2012

    -         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

    -         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vinh Hoan Corporation - National Highway 30, Wardg 11, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province or its Branch of office - 569-571-573 Tran Hung Dao, Cau Kho Ward, District 1, HCMC.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
