Securities Co must register online transaction

The State Securities Commission sent its official document to securities companies for registration of online transaction.

Accordingly, the commission asked the companies who were approved for the service must announce to their investors and others companies need complete their dossiers before Sep 15. Companies who have not made the dossiers must register before Sep 30. After the above deadline, the companies have not carried out would be punished.

The commission now agreed to supply the service to 13 companies and received 44 registration dossiers. However, 47 companies have not sent theirs to the commission.
