Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture and Tu Liem District People's Committee announced the 1/500 detailed plans of the park, five-star hotel, trade centre and PetroVietnam Tower (PVN Tower) complex on August 30.
Located in Me Tri, Tu Liem, Hanoi, the work covers about 39.8 hectares.
The 6.5 hectare - PVN Tower, the symbol of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group would have 102 storeys with the square, trees, lake. The work would be arranged five basements with the first one for public and commercial services, the second to fifth ones for car park and technical services.
The five-star hotel complex would be arranged into three blocks from 24 to 30 storeys in the southwest of the area, crossroads of Lang-Hoa Lac road and the Museum of Ethnology - Yen Hoa - Phu Do.
