Saigon Plastic Packaging JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders on ballot held on 3/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

  1. Depository, additional listing registration of the privately placed shares on VSD and HNX

- Volume: 2,500,000 shares

- Stock type: common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000
